Resumo:
This study examines how the lodging experience at Fazenda do Serrote stimulates spontaneous word of mouth and contributes to guest loyalty. Based on interviews with the management team and frequent visitors, the findings show that personalized service, emotional connection, a welcoming atmosphere, high-quality gastronomy, and well-designed leisure activities create an integrated experience that exceeds expectations. These elements strengthen perceived well-being and generate a continuous cycle of recommendations among families. The results indicate that, even without paid advertising, the consistency of the lived experience sustains an organic growth model driven by word of mouth.
