This capstone project aims to develop a web application to facilitate the
access for Petrobras researchers to the CBIR similarity-based image
search algorithm applied to rock microtomographies developed by the
Tecgraf institute. The application intends to provide users with a smooth
and intuitive experience through the implementation of a simple interface
webpage and a RESTful API responsible for integrating the similarity-based
image search mechanism and the image search web system.
