Resumo:
This study examines how the sensory stimuli used in Disney theme parks can serve as a reference for enhancing consumer experience in Brazilian retail. The research draws on the Experience Economy and sensory marketing to understand how sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste influence perception, emotion, and loyalty. Through a literature review and the application of a questionnaire, the findings show that Disney strategically and coherently integrates all five senses, creating memorable experiences and a high level of enchantment. In the Brazilian retail context, however, sensory stimuli are explored only partially and without proper planning. The results indicate significant potential for adapting sensory-based practices.
