Resumo:
The work consists in performing an analysis of data received by a flow cytometer known as Cytobuoy that generates data from suspended particles – including planktonic organisms – contained in a water sample. This analysis should differentiate the nature of each organism from the optic signature of one of them. Based in the results of this analysis, you can have an idea of how is the water quality and verify the microorganisms contained in it.
