Resumo:
The practice of pet friendly policy in the organizational environment is a model exported from other countries that is gaining more and more prominence in Brazil due to the results of studies that present the positive aspects of the presence of pets in the work environment. The main objective of this work was to research the relationship between the presence of pets in organizations and their influence on Quality of Life at Work based on the perception of professionals who work with People Management. A bibliographic review and field research were carried out through the application of an interview via the Internet using the Zoom tool in order to obtain theoretical and practical information on the topic. The data indicated that the presence of pets in the work environment it can positively impact employees, however, there are still many obstacles to becoming a reality, such as, for example, condominium laws and conservatism on the part of some members of company teams.
