Resumo:
Throughout history, as its conscience evolves, the human being finds more complete and refined forms of organizational management. Currently, there are innovative practices that help members of organizations not to exclude aspects of their own individuality, which are called wholeness practices. Thus, the subject of this study is the impact of managerial skills of leaders when applying wholeness practices. The research was carried out with leaders and employees of the Espaço Cria organization, from the education sector, located in Rio de Janeiro. From the results, there was a significant and positive influence of leaders managerial skills on employee s own perception of wholeness.
