Resumo:
This work aims to investigate how a group or individual can influence a viewer in the choice of a television entertainment program. We tried to understand how the fans came in contact with the series, what were the most relevant evaluation criteria in the selection of the series, what the level of involvement of the fans with the series and observe patterns of consumption habits. A survey of information was carried out with a focus group to gain a deeper understanding of issues related to the topic and then developed and applied an online questionnaire during the month of November 2017. The analysis of the studies allowed to identify the presence of reference groups, differences in consumption pattern according to age group and change in perception of the concept of fan.
