Resumo:
The phonographic market is constantly changing. The habits of music consumers are changing at a fast pace, especially from the growth of digital technology. The phonographic ecosystem has undergone great changes that impact the entire production chain of music, with the emergence of new players, and changes in the business model that was in force until then. This has led the actors in this market to review their strategies, reorganize their structures and reestablish the role they play within this industry. The present work deals with the adaptation of an institution of the musical sector within this transformational context of the market, from the promotion and development of organizational changes. Faced with this complex and challenging process, this study investigated and analyzed how the leaders of a Brazilian recording company perceive and evaluate the organizational changes that the company has been adopting in the last five years in response to the transformations of the music market.
