Resumo:
We live currently in an imprecise and changing organizational environment, while the new generations will have to adapt this business context, so they can enter the future labor market. As result to this, the human resources will have to move strategically to attend this modifications. Because of this issue, it is capital to recognize the motivations, that lead the demands of these professionals. The present study will compare the motivating factors at work between the X and Y generation, minding their career and maturity gained among the working years. The results offer interesting conclusions, discerning each generation in relation to their thoughts and desires.
