Resumo:
The present work is a market study on the creation of a marketing company quiches. The work can be considered methodologically a study of marketing planning and creation of small business in the food sector, in the south of Rio de Janeiro. In this study there were a field survey which consisted of a questionnaire to assess the sensitivity of the market the company s proposal. It was found, after which the market is sensitive to the proposed creation of a Quicherrie offering accompanied quiches that have differential quality and a healthy diet, can at times replace lunch. The study is located in the food sector, and specifically in the food service segment.
