|
This work analyzes how the human resources policies of Graphic X,
influenced the company s growth in recent years. Thus we tried to understand the
profile of their employees, how is their training and what are the motivations and
values they consider most relevant.
Also noted is the vision and rationale of the business partners of Graphic X,
the analysis of the environment of the company, employees and the significant
progress that graphic present.
