Resumo:
Many companies have emerged and began to sell their products on the Internet. Traditional travel agencies have been losing customers for the online companies. The present study aims to observe the consumer preference between making a purchase through a traditional travel agency and on the Internet. Applying a survey to 122 people, using a structured questionnaire, and a descriptive statistical analysis, the results indicated the preference of respondents about their preference for buying trips.
