This Work Conclusion of Administration course at the Pontifical Catholic
University of Rio de Janeiro aims to identify the possibility of adapting the model
of Gross National Happiness-GNH created by Bhutan in a small company. It was
studied the case of Tico Fabrics company, small company engaged in trading
that operates in the retail sector, located in the city of Rio de Janeiro, comparing
the results of applied research methodology in the light of Gross National
Happiness-FIB with the result of research organizational climate held by the
company in the period 2011-2012.
Thus, it was found that the model of Gross National Happiness-FIB can be
applied to a small trading company in the retail sector.
