The research intends to investigate what are the major internal and external challenges that a specific group of young incubated entrepreneur have, under an individual and personal perspective. In other words, tries to understand the entrepreneur s point of view on what are the difficulties and problems that he or she faces, while acting as an entrepreneur. Data were collected from five companies from different sectors and markets, selling products or services and at different stages of business lives. The intention would be to see whether these new ventures would have intersection points regarding the internal and external challenges, despite their singularities.
