Resumo:
The present study aims to investigate the consumer behavior of class C women. Primarily, we sought to identify the factors which motivate this public to purchase items through the internet and the risk perceived through these purchases. Moreover, the most and less popular products, the form of payment, the social influences and the factors which influence the process of decision were also analyzed. The research results made it clear that the factors which motivate on-line retail are more significant than the risks perceived by class C women for they do not refrain from buying due to the risks, making this type of purchase more and more popular in this group.
