This paper consists in an analysis of the opportunities for Rexam, the
largest aluminum can producer in Latin America, to introduce the aluminum can
in an unexplored markets of water and wine. The central objective of this study
was to collect data about the current position of the company and the consumer
perception to identify the real possibilities of project success, for the company
develop a future strategic planning according to market needs. Finally, in order to
contribute to the development of the project, this analysis also intended to identify
weaknesses that could in some way negatively impact the result.
