This work aims to understand the study of Valuation of the largest Brazilian food
company: Brazil Foods S/A. The company is passing through a turnaround result of the
merger between Sadia and Perdigão (the two largest players in the sector so on).
Current market conditions in Brazil are very promising for the company s business;
higher income should be a major catalyst for its processed food business leveraging all
its products. In this work we shall use traditional Valuation tools such as the Discounted
Cash Flow and the Relative Analysis.
