This study includes a survey on the factors of satisfaction of parents or
guardians regarding daycare where their children are enrolled. The concept of
service and satisfaction is compared to the education service offered by the
daycare, and what are the obligations of daycares and children s rights. Initially a
qualitative research that helped in the construction of the questionnaire, which
was applied at a later stage. The result of this step was discussed and quantified,
demonstrating a high degree of overall satisfaction regarding the services offered
by nurseries before an unrepresentative sample of the population.
