Resumo:
Taking into account the growth of the beer industry in the world and in Brazil, this study aimed to understand how are the habits and behavior of young consumers, residents of the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro, in this growing market. Through literature and field researches, through questionnaires, this paper aimed to observe and analyze the characteristics of these respondents related to aspects such as frequency of use, quantity, priorities, and what factors may influence the consumption of beer to them, in order to obtain a greater understanding of how is the behavior of this type of consumer.
