This conclusion of course s paper presents concepts and approaches that contribute to the understanding of issues related to Organizational
Knowledge Management from one of the best and largest global
Consulting and Auditing, Ernst & Young Terco (E and YT). In short, it aims to show the awareness of the importance of the Corporate University of Emst and Young Terco (EYU) as a knowledge tool for the development of
Organizational Knowledge Management in the company.
From interviews-in depth with the management team of the firm, it was possible to observe their understanding and inquiries regarding Knowledge Management in the organization, the relevance of EYU for the company and their professional career, initiatives and tools for
dissemination of knowledge as well as recommendations for future improvement in this process.
As a result of research, it can observe the importance and benefits of implementing EYU as a facilitator of Knowledge Management intra-organizational.
Among the main contributions of this research are recognizing the importance of the Corporate University for the creation and development of competitive advantage in the company and the appreciation of
intellectual capital of its employees.
