Resumo:
In this paper, a case study explores the implementation of the delivery service at the restaurant Picanha e Etc. and how it succeeded. To achieve this goal, first a theory analysis is established, to further strengthen the case with existent literature. Aditionally, interviews with the owner, a manager and a client are done, and data concerning the establishment revenue help proving the success of the aforementioned service. The main results analysis is based on the interviews and consulted documents, focusing on key points such as the reason for the implementation and the strong and weak points of the process. By the end of the case study, a conclusion is presented and suggestions for future studies are given.
