Resumo:
This study aimed at investigating the perception of consumers regarding the attributes of delivery service of pizzerias in Rio de Janeiro. Through research, with 96 respondents, it was possible to identify how the attributes influence customer satisfaction of delivery service pizza. Factor analysis was used for the crossing of the data to perceive how the attributes relate. The majority of respondents were unmarried students, aged between 21 and 25 years. The research concluded that the main reason for the consumption of pizza at home is the convenience, the offer of this service is considered very important and that the promised delivery time must be maintained.
