The proposal of this paper consists in the remodeling in a better way the process of the
department of Standing Committee Monitoring and Supervision - CPSA , using business process engineering in the Student Financing Fund of Puc - Rio. The final target its generate process with high integration with the available system in the university and allow the creation of KPIs for the support of the improvement. Its expected that the work contributes for a better managemenT of the department and the beneficiary students of FIES in the Puc - Rio can be supported in a professional and better way
