Resumo:
This article presents several theoretical concepts regarding marketing and insurance market in order to the reader understand all measures proposed to add value to the consulting services and brokerage provided by Aon. These proposals have been developed in accordance with the opinions and testimonials of the employees of AONs branch in Rio de Janeiro and also in accordance with the customers opinion. The application of these measures aims the finest relationship between the customer and the broker, the development of the allegiance and mainly with the customers’ satisfactions with the services offered by Aon.
