Resumo:
This study addresses the theme sustainability of business through the investigation of the perceptions, attitudes and behaviors of managers of the PUC-RJ incubator of technology-based companies, in relation to innovative ventures incubated in it. The results showed that its managers tend to value the economic aspect more than the social and environmental in their perceptions on the subject. Regarding attitudes, it was concluded that in general it is positive, while the behavior does not always reflect their perceptions and attitudes. Finally, it is possible to reason that the assertion about innovative ventures being already born with the DNA of sustainability, in view studied, may not be the truth for the incubator investigated
