This work is a study about resistance to change in business helm. Thought this main idea the author walks through project management an change management studies, theories and specific literature chasing elucidation and answers if the people’s resistance in relation to organizational changes Project implementation can be productive to the company, regarding the fact that it’s been understanding with something negative, which block the growing process from an organization.
