Collaborators satisfaction with working conditions and the interactions in working
environment is a necessity of modern organization, since business success
depends on the alignment between strategic objectives and the organizational
necessities. In this perspective, the present study evaluates the climate search of
Sheraton Rio Hotel & Resort identifying in which level it provides data for
supporting strategic actions. The results analyze obtained in 2006 and 2007, as
well as the perceptions got from executed interviews, succeeded in a proposal of
a new instrument of climate evaluation (half-yearly) distinguishing a whole of
dimensions which effectively guarantee to reach the results of the organization
Action Plan.
