Resumo:
The clothing retailer of men in Rio de Janeiro has been shown to be a promising and competitive environment. For the traditional enterprises and family can survive in that market, it is necessary a audit of marketing based on surveys of consumers, SWOT Analysis and Analysis of Porter basis for decisions.. Knowing the consumer and their needs, the Pullman can attract new customers, retain the old and thus increase profits. There has been a marketing analysis to guide their team and serve as a basis for further work.
