|
This work is dedicated to evaluate the site www.botafogo.com.br through
the perception of its largest users, the fans of the club. The main objective of the
study is to identify on the site what the fans like and what they do not like, and
what they consider important and relevant to it. Through this study you can also
understand a little about the club Botafogo F.R., its history and its current time,
on services marketing and internet marketing, usability and consumer behavior.
The work is complemented by a survey conducted through a questionnaire online with the fans of the club. The data obtained in this survey outline a profile of
the fan of the club and their views on the site.
