|
This work consists in presenting an analysis of the opportunities and threats
in the Brazilian phonographic industry. The disc market has been affected by a
crisis produced basically by piracy, convergence of media, decline or maturing of
the physical existent formats and lack of strategic vision of his leaders. The
objective of this dissertation is to analyze how the industry is reacting towards the
change of his value chain and to project strategic scenarios for the phonographic
industry. This study is based on a qualitative analysis of the market and was
substantiated by the testimonies gathered among professionals connected to the
Brazilian phonographic industry.
