Resumo:
This Marketing Plan aims to identify the existing opportunities in the e-commerce in Brazil and to develop strategies so that the Americanas.com Company stays on the market with great competitive advantages. In addition to this, it presents some analysis of the business environment, studies the necessities and desires of the e-consumers and identifies the performance of its most important competitors. The conclusion of the study indicates that the implementation of the estrategical and operational steps is viable considering the growth of the market, the quality of this company s services and the clients displeasure about the companies that are currently operating in the market.
