|
This policy brief aims to provide suggestions to dealing with school evasion in
Brazil through international cooperation, specially with international
organizations such as UNESCO, UNICEF, CEPAL and IEAL. And therefore,
demonstrate how the production of norms, practices and research by these
institutions can be beneficial applied to the battle against school evasion in the
national context. In this manner, this study will be comprised: 1) understanding
the problems that lead students to abandoning the basic education and the
contribution of international organization in the education field; 2) the role of
these organizations in the context of school evasion and its implementation in
Brazil; 3) the recommendations of norms, practices and collaborations for the
theme.
