This work consists of the development of the Atendimetrics software, which aims to
assist in customer service management, making it more dynamic and customizable.
The software is responsible for transcribing audio recordings that contain customer
service interactions, and based on these transcriptions, it generates metrics to help the
manager assess the level of service provided at their establishment.
