This work aims to develop a web-based system to assist freelance professionals in the IT field with tasks such as searching for, analyzing, and selecting new projects, as well as resolving questions related to their responsibilities. The research included mapping the main challenges faced by freelancers and the tools currently in use. Based on the findings of this analysis, a system was built to act as a complementary support to existing freelancing platforms, offering resources that enhance the autonomy and efficiency of professionals without replacing the well-established environments in the market. The system was designed with an intuitive conversational agent interface, integrated with search tools and knowledge bases that provide grounding for its responses, aiming to improve the productivity and quality of the freelancing activities performed by users.
