This work has the objective of verify if the employees of
the company TIM - Rio
perceive the Human Resources area as a services rendered
of internal consultant.
Further investigate the perception of the employees,
analyze the structure and
processes of the company, and compare with the required
profile for an area of
internal consultant of Human Resources.
