Resumo:
This paper s objective is to analyze Cartonato company Rio Commerce and Services Ltda-Me. This work with critical analysis, aims at answering the following questions concerning the real advantages of using the CRM in the relations with the customers and also analyzing software the company should use to prospect these customers. Some management tools such as the SWOT analysis and the Balanced Scorecard are analyzed in this work as well as the products of the company, and is internal processes of fidelizing customers.
