This work was developed to propose ways to improve the
motivation of the
employees in company x, that acts in the branch of
telecommunications.
This study has a great importance, since the employees
motivations has a direct
impact on the organization. Motivation can increase the
commitment of the employee,
increasing the company productivity and reaching better
results.
The company must search adequate an organizational climate
to overcome the
challenges, on the present competitive market and
environment of constant changes.
