In this paper the quality of the Clínica São Lucas will be
apraised, and sugested, actions
to increase the quality of the company. To increase the
quality, data that come from an
oppinion research, and from the observation of the process
of the company, will be
analized. Those data, will be inputs to the quality tools,
that wiil help showing the
problems and from those problems will be sugested
solutions to increase que quality of
the Clínica São Lucas.
