Resumo:
In this monograph, we explore the fundamentals of Value Investing, showing how this strategy seeks out undervalued stocks through fundamental analysis. We discuss everything from the relationship between risk and return to details such as P/E and DCF, highlighting the importance of the margin of safety and diversification. I also compared fundamental analysis with technical analysis, reinforcing the advantages of Value Investing, such as consistent returns, and its challenges, such as the discipline applied. I drew on authors like Graham and modern studies to conclude that, despite the limitations, this approach is effective for patient investors looking for opportunities in the market.
