This study explores the importance of the strategic value chain in
fashion and luxury enterprises, investigating how integration and
innovation can strengthen brands exclusivity and competitive positioning
in this dynamic and demanding sector. The research provides a detailed
analysis of the stages that make up the value chain, from initial design to
commercialization, proposing strategies for organizations to optimize their
processes and create a unique and captivating value proposition for
consumers. A qualitative methodology was adopted, with structured
itineraries conducted with professionals and consultants from the fashion
and luxury sectors. The results highlight the challenges and opportunities
companies face in creating value, underscoring the importance of
innovative practices and the alignment of internal processes to ensure a
unique and differentiated consumer experience. This study contributes to
the deepening of knowledge about strategic management in the luxury
market and offers valuable insights for companies seeking to stand out in
a highly competitive environment.
