Resumo:
This paper presents a case study of Odara Confeitaria Artesanal, with the aim of analyzing the economic and financial viability of opening an atelier for the company. To this end, all the fixed and variable costs of the project were surveyed, as well as a cash flow projection for 5 years. The NPV, IRR and payback period of the project were calculated, and the sensitivity of the project in relation to the company s market was also analyzed. The study therefore concluded that the project is economically viable based on the data analyzed.
