Resumo:
The present work explores the ballet audience experience at the Theatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro, a cultural landmark with many years of history. With its impressive architecture and a stage that hosts performances by renowned ballet companies, the theater attracts a significant audience. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, new dynamics of cultural consumption have emerged, impacting the audience experience. This research, conducted through qualitative interviews with attendees who have frequented ballet performances at the Theatro since 2021, seeks to understand these post-pandemic experiences by analyzing and identifying positive and negative aspects and how they affect the consumer experience, ultimately contributing to the enhancement of Cultural Marketing practices and the audience s experience at the theater.
