Resumo:
This undergraduate thesis explores digital transformation in the entertainment industry, focusing on the innovation and technology strategies implemented by Netflix. The study maps the company s transformation journey over the past five years in Brazil, analyzing Netflix s technological innovation strategies and the response from competitors such as Amazon Prime Video and Disney Plus. The relevance of this study extends to entertainment companies, technology firms, digital marketing, and content producers, providing insights into adapting and innovating business models in response to technological and market changes.
