Resumo:
This Undergraduate Thesis aims to analyze how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can contribute to the optimization of commercial processes, focusing on the development of commercial proposals. The research centers on a case study of Osllo Mídia, exploring the implementation of a customized AI tool designed to reduce the time required to prepare proposals while maintaining a high level of personalization and strategic alignment with both client objectives and Osllo Mídia s goals. The methodology employed is a qualitative approach, including direct observations, interviews with collaborators, analysis of internal reports, and performance records extracted from the company s management system. A comparative study of performance was conducted before and after the introduction of the AI tool to identify improvements in execution time and the quality of the proposals developed. The results showed a significant 70 per cent reduction in the time required to prepare proposals, decreasing from an average of 3.22 hours to 1.01 hours per proposal. Additionally, there was an increase in the consistency of deliveries and the accuracy of the information presented. The research demonstrates that the application of AI not only optimizes workflow but also enhances the quality and personalization of the delivered materials, confirming its potential to transform commercial processes in dynamic and competitive environments. The findings of this study highlight the relevance of integrating AI tools into operational processes and pave the way for future investigations into how these technologies can be applied in other organizational contexts.
