This study, titled The Perception of PUC-Rio Employees on the University sESG Practices, examines how PUC-Rio employees perceive the institution s ESG(Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives. The research identifiesprogress, such as the appreciation of recycling programs and social projects,while also highlighting expectations for improvements in diversity, benefits,decision-making participation, and administrative transparency. Results indicatethat ESG practices are well-regarded by employees, yet underscore the need forgreater integration of these initiatives into the university s daily operations. Thestudy concludes that despite the advances, there is a need to balance employeedemands with PUC-Rio s governance.
