Resumo:
This monograph suggests an argue with the speech of China in relation to Tibet. It is made up according to features and peculiarities that are formed all along an hierarchisation and consolidation process of political identities. Since China’s occupation of Tibet in 1949, the discussion, that comprises the affair of boundaries, sovereignty and textual production, has been strengthened. These concepts are analyzed by modern authors that are quoted in the work in an theoretical analysis. Official documents are used by way of empirical reflection, as well as newspaper articles and speeches by both government members. This pattern of study is justified as it makes possible a better understanding of the proposed subject and method by reader. Furthermore, the basis of this work is on the proposition that the Chinese speech of control over Tibet is made real in government practices of China Popular Republic all along its history and in consequence in the shaping of a speech of resistance from Tibet and other states that support it. Thus a struggle of a nation inside other is developed, which turns out to be, in the international system, as through a magnifying glass which matches the domination speech of China.
