This dissertation will study the relation between education, power and international insertion, through a foucauldian approach, analyzing the insertion through the micro level, of the individual and populations. The relation between the human and the international will be studied inside the context of a global informational economy, that establishes hierarquies and mechanisms of inclusion according to the proficiency individuals have in certain knowledges. This matter will be approached in its relation to work, society, exams, international institutions that influence the regime of governamentabilit and the productive system. While attempting to answer the question: How education can influence the international insertion in the contemporary global productive system? it will be evaluated the argument that education has become an articulative element between biopolitics and disciplinary power and a mechanism of managing populations within the global power knowledge flows, influencing the insertion of regions and colectivities in the international level, inside an economy that has placed knowledge and information in the center of the productive process.
