|
The purpose of this study is to explain the importance of the WTO for
developing countries trough the analysis of the agricultural negotiations.
Despite many controversies, the discussions between G-20, United States
and European Union at the multilateral forum has evolved in a positive
way. The benefits of the insertion of agriculture on the Commercial agenda,
and the sectors importance for the developing countries will be pointed in
order elucidate the relevance of these negotiations in favor of the
underprivileged members of the organization.
