|
The main purpose of this Monograph is to critically evaluate American
counterdrug foreign policy through three angles of analysis: militarization,
juridicization and bilateralism. These three angles permit showing how
American counterdrug efforts have been structured and which their main
limitations in the Andean Region are. The period evaluated is from the Ronald
Reagan (1981-1989) to the George H. W. Bush administration (1989-1993).
