This work aimed to develop a web platform to automate and optimize the process of generating budgets for the company Confiança Mudanças e Transportes. The platform was designed with a user-friendly interface integrated with a system to support the selection and costing of routes and tolls, aiming to increase the agility and accuracy of the process, reducing human errors and avoiding losses. The initial research involved a detailed study of the moving industry, interviews with company employees, and an analysis of reports to understand the operational needs and existing processes. Based on this analysis, customized solutions were developed, requirements specified, and the platform built. The system was tested and validated by the company, with adjustments made as needed and functionalities outside the project scope documented for future versions.
